The Last Pear Of Ponyville

I'm still hoping for a two part mid season episode where Dr. Whooves figures out his "bring the past forward to you" spell... and uses it to rescue Bright Mac and Pear Butter from whatever happened that killed them. 

It would be a great way to have the comparison of their past when they disappeared to how much ponyville has changed over the years.  

Plus, if the writers were really bold, they'd add in Scootaloo's parents no longer being workaholics, and coming back to actually try parenting her, with all the implications of a child who had to find a big sister after apparently having NO ONE, with both pairs of parents returning simultaneously. 

Come on MLP writers... You can go big on this one!
